Effective
Leadership in Organizational Health, Safety and
Wellness |

Ontario’s evolving, challenging
health and community care system
demands strong, capable leaders,

Leaders need to ensure that the
safety of their organization is a
strategic priority, one based on the
precautionary principal that
reasonable steps have been taken to
reduce risk and safeguard employee
safety.
PSHSA
is ready to assist
organizations in meeting this
challenge by offering training
courses on Effective Leadership.
