(Second Edition) Designed for employees involved in the delivery of home care, this handbook provides information on ways to reduce risk, prevent injury and promote safety in the home care environment and emphasizes the importance of Internal Responsibility Systems (IRS). It is consistent with the standards for home care organizations developed by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation.
