Brett joins OSACH with over 9 years of experience in the health and safety field, and is currently the consultant for the Northeastern Region. Brett obtained his Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, and a post graduate diploma in Occupational Safety and Health with the British Safety Council, London, England. While in the United Kingdom he obtained a designation from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and is currently working towards his Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner status. Brett is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), and lectures at the University of Western Ontario in Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Prior to joining OSACH, Brett was team leader of the safety department at an acute care facility. Brett’s healthcare work experience includes a dental hospital, women’s and children’s hospital, and retirement housing. He also brings practical experience in claims management, as well as knowledge gained working in other industries, including manufacturing, security and social housing.
