Web Site, Content, and Trade-Mark Use Principles
All digital and analogue content
available from OSACH, including, but not limited to,
published and unpublished text, graphics, user and
visual interfaces, videos, films, logos, images, audio
clips, computer code, data compilations, and software,
and the compilation and design thereof in any media
format including OSACH's Website (the
"Content") is the property of OSACH and is
protected by Canadian and applicable foreign copyright
laws and international conventions.
All registered and
unregistered trade-marks, design marks and/or service
marks (the "Trade-marks") displayed on OSACH's
Website and in all of the Content are the property of
OSACH in Canada and elsewhere and are protected by
Canadian and applicable foreign trademark laws and
international conventions.
OSACH allows employees and
third parties to download portions of OSACH's Website
and to use its Content under strict conditions only.
Should these conditions be violated, the use is
unauthorized and may be an infringement of OSACH's
intellectual property rights. OSACH reserves the right
to withdraw this conditional consent at any time. These
conditions of use include:
- You will get prior written

Content, Trade-marks and Website in a form provided by
OSACH.
- You will not modify OSACH's Website, Content
or Trade-marks in any way.

or any other "hidden text" utilizing the
Trademarks without OSACH's express written consent.
- You will not use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or
similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any
other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or
load on OSACH's infrastructure.
- You will not
circumvent the structure of the Website to obtain
materials or information that are not purposefully made
available on the Website.
- You will not remove any
proprietary notice language from any Content or copies
thereof.
You may create a hyperlink from your webpage to
the home page of OSACH's Website only if your website
does not:
- imply that OSACH is endorsing your site,
services or products;
- misrepresent your relationship
with OSACH;
- contain content that could be construed
as distasteful, obscene, offensive or controversial, or
inappropriate for all ages;
- portray OSACH or its
products or services, in a false, misleading, offensive
or objectionable manner;
- link to any page of OSACH's
Website other than the home page.
OSACH may request that
you remove any link to the Website, and upon receipt of
such request, you shall immediately remove such link.
OSACH's Website may contain links to third party
websites. These independent websites are provided as a
service and convenience. They are not under OSACH's
control and OSACH is not responsible for and does not
endorse their content. You will have to exercise your
own judgment when interacting with these independent
sites.
At anytime OSACH reserves the right to (a)
modify, suspend or terminate the operation of its
website; (b) modify or change the website and its
policies; (c) interrupt the operation of the site.
You agree that OSACH will not be responsible or liable,
under any circumstances, for any (a) interruption of
business; (b) access delays or access interruptions to
its website; (c) data non-delivery, mis-delivery,
corruption, destruction or other modification; (d) loss
or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealings
with or the presence of off-website links on the
website; (e) computer viruses, system failure or
malfunction which may occur in connection with your use
of the website, including during hyperlink to or from
third party sites; (f) any inaccuracies, omissions or
misleading, false or deceptive statements in the
content; or (g) events beyond OSACH's reasonable
