Pandemic H1N1 (pH1N1) Influenza Recovery Guidance Note.
This
Guidance Note is intended to assist Boards of Directors,
CEOs, administrators, supervisors, health care workers,
joint health and safety committees (JHSCs), health and
safety representatives (HSRs) and trade union
representatives in all health care sectors to
effectively review their response to the 2009 influenza
pandemic and to plan for a possible next wave of H1N1

Training.
This
Guidance Note addresses the specific recommendations
related to worker health and safety training. Education
and training referred to in this Guidance Note include,
but are not limited to worker health and safety
training, roles and responsibilities for training
regarding worker safety laws and regulations, and
education for joint health and safety committees

their rights and duties in law and strive to eliminate
injuries from medical sharps.
